Delivery
When will I get my order?
Orders are usually fulfilled within 3–7 days, after which they’re shipped.
Shipping time depends on your location and the type of product.
You can find detailed delivery estimates for each category - Originals, Editions, and Essentials - on their respective product pages.
Where will my order ship from?
Original paintings are shipped directly from our studio in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Limited edition prints and apparel (t-shirts, etc.) are fulfilled by trusted print-on-demand partners with facilities worldwide.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
International orders may be subject to customs and tax fees, which are not controlled by us. These are determined by your local customs office. Policies vary per country, so please check with your local office before ordering.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please:
- Double-check your shipping confirmation for address errors.
- Check with your local post office.

Ask your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.
If your address was correct and you’ve tried the above steps, contact us with your order number. If there was an address error on your side, reshipping may be possible at your expense.
Orders
How are your products made?
All original paintings are hand-painted with acrylics on canvas in our Amsterdam studio.
Limited edition prints use high-quality Giclée printing on Hahnemühle paper.
Apparel and other essentials are produced via print-on-demand partners who operate globally, ensuring high quality and efficient delivery.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If you have questions about your shipment, contact us directly.
I received a wrong or damaged product — what should I do?
We’re sorry if your order arrived damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with photos, your order number, and any relevant details. We’ll make it right as soon as possible.
Return and Refund Policy
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We don’t offer general returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are only available in cases of incorrect or damaged items. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with supporting photos to start the process.
Lost shipments
Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, your shipment will be returned to us or our fulfillment partner. You’ll be responsible for reshipping costs once a new address is confirmed.
Unclaimed Packages
Unclaimed shipments that are returned to us can be reshipped at your expense.
Buyer’s Remorse
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size choices. If you’re unsure about sizing for apparel, please refer to the sizing chart on the product page.
EU Consumers
According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (such as custom or print-on-demand items).

Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
We therefore reserve the right to decline returns for these products.
Brazil Consumers
Customers in Brazil may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product by contacting us and providing a photo of the item. Refunds are not possible if the product has been used or damaged.
