What are Originals?

Originals are one-of-a-kind artworks, single-edition pieces created by hand. Owning one means you’re the only person in the world who owns that specific painting. Once sold, it will never be recreated. However, new artworks may appear in related variations, such as different colors, sizes, or compositions.

How are the paintings created?

All paintings are hand-painted by me in my studio in Amsterdam.
Each one begins as a sketch - first in pencil, then digitally. Once I’m happy with the result, I translate the design onto canvas and bring it to life with paint.

What materials are used?

Unless specified differently, all paintings are created on cotton canvas stretched over a wooden frame. I use high-quality acrylic paints rich in pigment and finish my outlines with acrylic markers for a crisp, defined look. Once complete, each painting is sealed with a protective varnish layer for long-lasting color and protection.

Where are the paintings shipped from?

All paintings are shipped directly from my studio in Amsterdam.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order is placed, we aim to ship it as quickly as possible.
Because each painting is carefully packaged for safe transport, shipping preparation may take an extra day or two. Paintings are shipped by insured post with tracking.

How do I know if the painting I received is authentic?

Each original painting comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA).
The painting is hand-signed on the back, and the CoA is signed by hand as well.

How do I care for my painting?

First, keep your Certificate of Authenticity in a safe place.
 Handle your painting carefully:

• Hang it on your wall, or keep it stored safely in its original packaging.
• Keep it out of direct sunlight.
• Use clean hands or gloves when handling.
  
  

What is the return policy for paintings?

We don’t offer returns or exchanges, but if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us. Refunds are available for incorrect or damaged items. If this applies, send photos of the issue and we’ll make sure it’s resolved.
